Excellent value. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful in finding us close by restaurants.

Location of the breakfast tables against the window and the balcony table was good. But inner tables were dark and very drafty from being next to thee atrium. Quality of breakfast could be improved a little. Fruit plate and orange juice was exceptional. We asked for fried eggs, but they kept arriving as poached eggs. Otherwise good.

It was cool out, and we wanted to use the spa/hot tub, but it wasn't hot enough. Could you raise the temperature of the spa?

Beautiful, elegant hotel with luxurious suites. Private rear entrance to the Carlotta Suite as we had our dog with us. Beautiful roof top pool and bar with great views. Very friendly and accommodating staff.

Beautiful, pricy, issues with the shower functionality, bad greasy breakfast. You decide.

It’s stone cold gorgeous. if you’re not staying there, I would put it on my sightseeing tour. There’s a duck pond, in the dining room, with ducks. My room, the pant towels, had spectacular views, and balconies on other side of the hotel room. You can hear the river all day and all night. It’s delightful.

I didn’t always have hot water in the shower which, when you’re paying USD $$600 a night, you expect that the plumbing will be working swell. I was very excited that there was a hot tub, or a spa Jacuzzi in my room. That required that you run the water for a half an hour, then check on her constantly. The Jets may work, I didn’t get that far. Breakfast was overpriced and lousy. There are a dozen places, within a several minute, walk that you can get a good breakfast and coffee for a third of the price. The coffee was particularly bad. if you don’t care about any of these things, the physical beauty and the location, are stunning and I would recommend this place without hesitation! The front desk staff is awesome!

A hidden gem in PV

This property is a social media influencer's dream. It is so quirky and original. The property lives up to the pictures you see online. We had the Elecktra room which was nice, but the view of the mountains was the main attraction. Also, Grant was amazing. He gave us great recommendations for food, beach clubs, massages, etc. He helped us so much. We had breakfast in the hotel one day and it was prepared well and the breakfast room is also nice. As far as location it is closer to the club scene than the beach, but both are walkable.

We had a truly relaxing and restorative stay at this uniquely beautiful and well situated hotel.

Location is perfect--walkable to everything but still in a quiet area. Great restaurant choices by the hotel. Loved the pool and our friendly bartenders :) The hotel itself is a joy--unique and beautiful. The staff is exceptional. Our bed was soooo comfortable, I slept like a baby! Loved having the hotel cats come and go into our room--so sweet. Just felt relaxed and easy to be there.

The single biggest downside was water pressure. It was literally impossible for us to shower in our room (Cortez). I didn't have an adequate shower all week honestly. We resorted to just running the water from the tub spigot and using washcloths to clean up--forget about washing or rinsing hair. Good thing I didn't care what I looked like all week! The hotel should try to improve this situation. It would take the experience from good to great.

A little piece of pink sun

We especially loved the roof top pool and yummy morning breakfasts. I still have all of the visuals in my head of the eclectic, fantastic interior design around the hotel. The colors, the paintings, the lighting were all unique and beautiful. Great staff, we felt safe and welcomed daily.

the hotel was very easy to find and navigate around the area. the staff were excellent - Grant on the night shift was very helpful and kind. Our room was the perfect size / both pools were excellent but we mostly enjoyed the 3rd floor pool.

Great spot for female solo traveler! Great views from the rooftop pool.

This was the cutest place EVAR. The rooftop pool is amazing. The cocktails at the pool bar are fantastic. The room was so cute. Breakfast was great. It's about a 10 minute walk to the beach and it's in the little old town area, which I prefer as its less busy. I was a solo traveling female who felt very safe here and in the neighborhood and met other solo travelers at the hotel.

Wonderful anniversary weekend!

Great walkable location. Close to lots of great places to explore and eat. Lots to see in the area. Hotel is very charming. Beds were very comfortable. Great drinks and view on the rooftop! Staff were very friendly and responsive.

Unfortunately we didn’t give top marks for facilities as our AC didn’t work well our first night. Staff were amazing and dealt with the problem the next day. In the end we did move to a different room, but we liked both rooms.

Rooftop pool view and Scarlett Room

The humans at this business are all so kind and caring. They made our stay feel like home. Elizabeth the cat lazes around the ground floor and we enjoyed her presence. The pictures of the pool areas don't actually do it justice. The rooftop pool and view are incredible. The host gave us 2 tickets for a welcome margarita upstairs and as we got to the top floor and laid on the loungers it felt like a vacation had just begun. Scarlett Room was all we needed for a comfortable home base. The rooms are super unique and the highlight for Scarlett room is the private patio
